The hotel offers 290 large one-bedroom apartments with air-conditioning in the bedroom and spacious patios or balconies. Each apartment has a separate living area with two sofa beds, a fridge, kettle, and a microwave. The rooms were renovated in 2015/16 and are spread over two floors, with some ground-floor apartments offering a front and rear terrace.

The hotel is located less than 1km from Playa Blanca Beach on Lanzarote's south coast, and a free daily shuttle bus runs to Playa Dorada beach several times a day.
